Our venue allows your personal style to come through without many exclusions, so your day can be everything you imagine.
When you reserve our venue, you get access to the following:
- Large outdoor venue, which includes a stunning pond, spacious grassy areas, several waterfalls, two gazebos, a lighted patio deck (19’x54′ ), and a bridge. The gazebo island has an area (19’x 54′ reserved for seating)
An event hostess is on call during your event to help everything run smoothly. ADDITIONAL RENTALS SUCH AS CHAIRS, TABLES, LINENS, ETC. COST AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY SO MUST BE RESERVED PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT*
You also have full use of the Indoor clubhouse (29’x21′ with two small attached side rooms of 8’x15′), which has a private bridal suite, television, two restrooms, a full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, two stoves, and two microwaves.
We have many large setup areas and on-site parking available for your guests.
You can also borrow our decorations, including an arbor, arch, bar, floating cake stand, and barn wood table.
We invite you to schedule the use of the property for engagement photos or other prior photo shoots at no extra charge.
Restrictions:
Due to high fire hazards on the grounds, smoking is prohibited except in the designated area provided. Candles or other open flames are also prohibited.

Local private exclusive attractions on this truly unique property: fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, and a petting zoo.
We can provide service for your food vendor including waiters and bussers.
For groups of 200 or more, valet parking, shuttle service, and/or golf cart rides are recommended.
